Select the list you would like to export in the Address Book. If you do not select a list, the entire address book will be exported. The corresponding contacts will be displayed in the middle column.
Click on the dropdown icon at the top of the middle column and choose 'Export all'. A pop-up will appear in which you can enter an email address. After you have entered a valid email address, click on "Export all these contacts".
Within a few minutes you will receive an email with the download link to the Excel file. NB! This download link has a limited validity of one hour.

Why aren't all email adresses shown in the export?
To prevent possible spam and misuse, and to comply with all privacy guidelines of the GDPR, the email addresses of contacts in the Journalist database are not included in the export. All other data of these journalists is visible in the export.
For private contacts, all available data, including email addresses, are included in the export.
