PRO Editor

The PRO Editor is a so-called "row-editor". By adding in different rows, you can quickly and easily design your press release. The rows can be added using the 'rows' button in the right column of the PRO Editor. You can then fill the rows with different content blocks.

How do you add large attachments in the PRO Editor?

To add large attachments, choose 'dynamic content' under content. Drag the block to the place where you want to place the attachment, click on it and choose 'upload attachment' in the right column. You can now upload your attachment from your hard drive. The PRO Editor supports a maximum of 2 'dynamic content' blocks per row.

Design

To display your attachments nicely in your existing template, you can set the color of the link. You do this by choosing the 'Settings' tab in the right column, and then adjusting the 'Link color'. Please note that all links in your press release will have this color.

Presentation

When you add an attachment, only the position and name of the attachment are shown in the editor. When you save your press release and close the editor, the HTML will be rendered and you will see the final presentation of your attachment in the 'edit your mailing' screen and the mailing overview screen.
