Step 1: Create a sender

Click on your name in the top right corner of your screen and choose the option 'manage senders'. A new screen will pop-up in which you can create a new sender. 

All the data you enter in this overview will be visible in the boilerplate at the bottom of your mailings. When you're done adding the information, click the 'save' button. Congratulations! You have created your first sender! Want to change some information at a later moment? No worries! You can always edit the data.

What information can be added?
Next to standard contact details like your name and e-mailadres, it is also possible to add company specific information. You can add websites, social media accounts, logo's and sender information. In the 'about' field you can add a general company description or other message that you would like to share below every mailing. Be aware: only 'flat' text is allowed in this field, spacing and other special formatting (like bold, italics or colored text) are not allowed.

Verifying and authenticating new domains

When adding a new domain (@domain.com) to send from, it is mandatory to verify the domain. On top of that, we strongly advice you to authenticate your domain. In this way, you increase your reliability as a sender, which helps ensure the correct delivery of your press releases to all recipients.

Keep the following in mind when adding websites- and social media links.

  • Supported social media profiles: X (Twitter); Facebook; Instagram; personal Linkedin profile; company Linkedin profile.

  • Only add the information behind the '/' sign, we've already filled in the rest.

  • There are two types of Linkedin profiles. When adding a Linkedin company profile, please make sure not to be signed in as the page's owner. This will create an invalid link for other users than yourself. When you're signed in as the page owner, you'll find an option to view the page as a visitor in top right corner. Copy and use this link only. 

Pay attention!

You cannot create senders with Gmail, Outlook, etc. email addresses. These domains cannot be properly verified and cannot be authenticated.
