You can create a new sender by clicking on your name at the top right of your screen and then choosing the option "Manage Senders".

The data you enter in this menu will be visible in the boilerplate at the bottom of every press release. When you're done entering the data, click on 'Save': the sender will be created. Of course it is possible to make adjustments at a later time.

What information can I include in the sender information?

In addition to standard contact details of the sender, it is also possible to add company information such as website, social media accounts, logo and a description. The 'about' field can be used to add general information about the sender and/or the company. This field only accepts 'plain text': this means that enters and special formatting of the text are not displayed in the boilerplate.

Verify and authenticate a new sender

When you add a new domain (@...nl) to send out from, it is mandatory to verif and authenticate your domain. This increases your reliability as a sender, which contributes to the correct delivery of your press releases to all recipients.

What should I pay attention to when adding websites and social media links?

The following social media platforms are accepted in the boilerplate: X; facebook; Instagram; a personal Linkedin profile; and a Linkedin company page.

• Only enter the information that comes after the '/' sign, we have already filled in the rest for you.

• There are two different types of Linkedin pages you can add. With the Linkedin company page, keep in mind that you are not logged in as page administrator of the Linkedin page, because this link does not work. If you are logged in as a page administrator, there is an option at the top right of the screen to display the page as a visitor.
