Click on the gearwheel icon at the top of the left column in the newsroom tab, and then select the Design tab.

Here, you can set the formatting of the newsroom. On the left, you see the preview, and on the right, all the formatting options. You can define the formatting for the Homepage, Storypage, and Categorypage.

A number of blocks are ready for you by default. Others can be added using the plus icon on the right. The options are as follows:

Here, you define the formatting for the 'body' of your newsroom. You can:

This is the styling for the header bar in the newsroom. You can give it a unique background color and text color. Additionally, you can add links here, such as a link to your own website.

Want to highlight a story in your newsroom? Use this block to do so. On the right, select the story you want to highlight. You can also choose to give this highlighted block the same styling as the header by enabling the toggle under the selected story.

Choose the desired layout for your stories on the newsroom homepage. You can choose between a list or a gallery view. Adjust the position of this block using the arrows. You can also create a gallery section per category using the Category Filter. For more information on categories, check out this article.

Use this block for additional text in the newsroom or to add a button. As with other blocks, you can adjust its position using the arrows.

Here, you set the styling of the footer. Choose the desired background color and text color. Footer details can be added in the General tab of the newsroom manager.

For example, include contact details for your organization.

Choose which meta data you want to display or hide when a visitor opens a story in the newsroom.

Define the styling for the category pages. Similar to the Gallery sections on the homepage, you can choose between a gallery or a list view.
