Adding Images
Upload images through the file manager. In the file manager, click Upload in the top-left corner to add images from your computer. If you’re using the PRO Editor, you’ll also see any images previously uploaded for press releases.
Once you’re satisfied with the content, go to Settings. Here, you can edit the category, title, author, date, introduction and cover image and change the slug if so desired. The slug is the last part of the URL.
From Mailing
This option lets you directly import one of your Smart.pr press releases to the newsroom, whether it’s a draft, or already sent. Find the desired message in the list and click Create story.
You’ll then enter the editor, where you can make any adjustments to the story. Note that the layout may differ from the press release, especially if it was created in the PRO Editor. Therefore, always check the story in the editor and make adjustments if needed. You can also adjust the settings as described above.
Publishing the Story
When you’re ready, click Save at the top right. By clicking Done Editing, you'll return to the overview on the Newsroom tab in Smart.pr. Ready to set your story live? Click Publish on the right.
