In addition to sending a press release via e-mail, it is also possible to create a web version of your press release. This web version contains a unique URL, with which you can then, for example, easily distribute the message on social media.
Creating a web version can be done in two ways.
Option 1
After saving the mailing, you will end up in the overview of all your mailings. Select the correct mailing in the left column, then you can click on the arrow at the top right of the screen. The option 'enable web version' will appear here, as soon as you select this option the web version will be created. Then click on 'view web version' to view the web version and copy the URL.
Option 2
It is also possible to directly create a web version in the overview of a specific mailing. Once you have enabled this option, you will find the link to the web version in the same place as option 1.
