Sending your message in multiple mailings can be very useful. This way, you can use another introductory text for different audiences. You could send an informal mailing to journalists you know well personally, and a more formal mailing to journalists whom you're less well known with. The results of the different mailings within the same campaign can be compared to see which version works best.
How does it work?
Do you want to duplicate a mailing within the same campaign? Then select the appropriate mailing, click on the plus sign in the top right corner and choose 'Duplicate selected mailing'. This is also possible after your message has been sent.
Please note: The date of your press release is not adjusted automatically. This needs to be changed manually.
