Schedule a mailing for later
It is possible to schedule the sending of your press release for a later time. To schedule the mailing, it is important to first add recipients to the mailing.
To schedule the mailing, click the Schedule button in the mailing overview. Here you can select the desired data and time. After you have scheduled the message, we will take care of the sending. Therefore, you do not need to be logged in at the time of sending.

Cancel scheduled mailing
After scheduling, it is possible to cancel the planned mailing. To do this, simply press the light blue Cancel scheduling button in the mailings tab. This can only be done before the scheduled time of final sending. You don't need to worry about losing your data or any changes made. The only thing that will be canceled is the (scheduled time of) sending of your message.
Note! When you schedule a press release for a different date, you will need to manually adjust the date in the press release. In the Classic Editor, you can do this by clicking on the date.
