We advise you to always send a test email to yourself. This way you can check if your press release, the personal introduction and the layout are shown correctly.
Where is my test email?
Is your message not delivered immediately? No worries! It may take several minutes for the test email to arrive. If you haven't received the test email after 15 minutes, we recommend considering the possibilities below. Experience shows that these are the most common causes for problems in sending/receiving.
The recipient's inbox is full
A 'strict' spam filter causes mailings to end up in the folders Spam, Unwanted or Promotions, or doesn't allow to receive mailings at all.
The internet connection is not working properly or is too slow.
There are too many (heavy) software programs active on your computer, causing a delay in the sending or receiving of mailings.
Internal mailing settings could block the test-mail. This has no influence on the opening rates of other recipients outside your company. To solve this problem, please get in touch with your companies IT service. We are happy to assist you in this process.

Display of the test email
Please note: In your test email the personalization does not work. This is normal. The test email is sent to the email address you filled in manually, and not to a recipient from the address book whose name is known in the system. When definitely sending the mailing, the personalization will of course be shown.
