Manage team menu
With the team management function is easy to manage your Smart.pr team. This menu can be found in the upper right corner by clicking on your username and thereafter choosing the option 'Manage team'. A window will open with the settings regarding your team.

Invite a new user
An account owner can send an invitation to create a new Smart.pr log-in for colleagues that do not have a Smart.pr account yet. This can be done by clicking on the button 'invite user' and filling in the e-mail address of the new user.

Invitation e-mail
The addressee will receive an e-mail with an invitation to sign-up for Smart.pr. This invitation is valid for 48 hours. If the invitation is not accepted within 48 hours it is possible to resend the invitation. It is also possible to withdraw an invitation.

User roles
Two types of users can be found in Smart.pr: account owner and account member. An account member has limited rights in Smart.pr and is not able to invite or deactivate other users in Smart.pr.

An account owner is able to invite new users and deactivate former co-workers. Besides this, an account owner can also award user roles to other users, this means that an account owner can promote an account member to an account owner and the other way around. A Smart.pr account can have multiple account owners.

Does your Smart.pr account not have an account owner yet? Contact us via the chat or by mail (support@smart.pr) and we'll be happy to add an account owner to your Smart.pr account.

Inactive versus Active
Does one of your co-workers stop working in Smart.pr or at your organization? All account owners are able to deactivate users. This can be done by changing the state from active to inactive using the blue toggles in the team management menu. Inactive users are nog longer able to log in to Smart.pr.

Overview

An overview of all active users, inactive users and sent invitations can be found by clicking on the respective tabs at the top of the menu. You can also use the filter button to the right of the search bar, to distinguish between members and owners, and see which colleagues have set up Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).
