Adding notes is a quick and easy way to share additional information about a contact in your address book. The notes are visible to you and all your colleagues.
You can leave notes for all the contacts in your address book. Select the contact in the middle column, and then click Notes in the right column to read existing notes.

There are two ways to add new notes:
Press the + button and write your own note
All notes can be read by every user with acces to the account you work in. The notes are not visible to other Smart.pr users.
N.B. Do you want to add an additional telephone number or email address to a contact? Pressing the Ė button in the top right corner and click Edit.
