Pictures

In the Classic Editor, press releases are drafted with a width of approximately 500 pixels. The maximum width for images in the Classic Editor is therefore 500 pixels. The height of the image is not limited. When you add an image wider than 500 pixels, it will be scaled to the correct size automatically. If you wish to send an image in higher resolution, you can do this as an attachment, or as a link behind the image in the press release.

Header

When you upload a logo in the "manage senders" menu, the image is scaled automatically. The default header size in the Classic Editor is 250 pixels wide.

GIF files

GIF files can have a maximum width of 500 pixels, otherwise the moving element will not function. In this article you can read more about adding GIF files to your press release.

PRO editor

Whereas in the Classic Editor you are bound to standard dimensions for your press release, you can adjust the width of your press release in the Pro Editor. You can do this by going to "content area width" in the right column, under "settings". By utilizing the slider you can set the width of your message between 480 and 900 pixels. The default width for press releases in the Pro Editor is 600 pixels. If you choose to adjust this standard width, we recommend that you test your mailing carefully to ensure that your mailing is displayed correctly in different email clients.
