Insert

By hovering over the text with your mouse, a plus sign will appear lower left of the blcok. Click on it and a toolbar will show up which allows you to add blocks of text, (sub)titles, images and attachments. To add an attachment to the text, click on the paperclip icon (Attachment). You can add an (online) attachment by pasting the URL in the text field or by uploading the file directly from your computer through Or pick file from disk. Search for the right file on your computer and click on open. The attachment will now be loaded into your press release.

File types

With help of the Attachment icon, you can add a PDF, image, Youtube/Vimeo video or any other type of attachment. Attachments are placed in the mail as a thumbnail (a small preview of the documenttype). Images can be of high resolution (although preferably no larger than 5MB). Everything is stored on our mail servers; the recipient is able to download as many files from our server as desired. This allows your mailings to stay compact sizeways and prevent delivery-problems due to spamfilters f.e..

Move

Just as the other structures, the attachment block can be moved up or down. Do you prefer the attachment above the text instead of below the text, or do you want to add an extra paragraph? The blocks can easily be moved up or down by using the arrows visible on the right side of the block.
The trash icon can be used to remove a block. You can create as many blocks as you wish.
