How do you add an attachment to your press release?

Geschreven door Rutger

Hover over the text. A plus (+) button will appear on the left. Click it to open the toolbar. From this toolbar, you can add text blocks, (sub)headings, images, and attachments.

Add an attachment

  1. In the toolbar, click the paperclip icon (Attachment).

  2. The File Manager will open.

  3. Upload your file from your computer (if it isn’t already in the File Manager).

  4. Find the correct file in the File Manager.

  5. Select the file and click Insert.

The attachment will then be added to the press release automatically.

File types

With help of the Attachment icon, you can add a PDF, image, Youtube/Vimeo video or any other type of attachment. Attachments are placed in the mail as a thumbnail (a small preview of the documenttype). Images can be of high resolution (although preferably no larger than 5MB). Everything is stored on our mail servers; the recipient is able to download as many files from our server as desired. This allows your mailings to stay compact sizeways and prevent delivery-problems due to spamfilters f.e..

Move

Just as the other structures, the attachment block can be moved up or down. Do you prefer the attachment above the text instead of below the text, or do you want to add an extra paragraph? The blocks can easily be moved up or down by using the arrows visible on the right side of the block.

The trash icon can be used to remove a block. You can create as many blocks as you wish.
